I'm at the library wasting time again.
I've been trying to keep up with my friends more here on LJ. It's hard to though when you don't have a computer at home. That should be fixed soon (I hope) though. I know I keep saying that but it never happens. Hopefully this time I will be able to get my damn computer fixed.

For a really long time music was not speaking to me. I would listen to songs I loved to death and I would feel nothing.
Lately things are slowly returning to normal. Music is starting to speak to my soul again. That makes me extremely happy. I hated not feeling like myself for so long.
Now if other areas of my life could return to normal.....
If you have never seen the movie "Thank God it's Friday" you need to see it right away.
Friday I have to go see my family and do birthday stuff since I won't be here this year on my actual birthday. Simply because we're leaving for Ocean City MD on Saturday morning. I can't wait to get out of Allentown for a while. I just really really need a vacation.

This past weekend was lame from beginning, to end.
This coming weekend we're supposed to go to some place in Jersey with people from Bryan's work. I can only imagine what THAT is going to be like. Nothing much exciting ever happens to me.
We're going to Ocean City MD on the 6th but that's about it. I'm applying at several places for a job. I really need to get some kind of employment. The job market sucks right now.
I have nothing else to say. I r boring.

So I finally got some money so I could pay my library fines. They were a whopping $7.80 but when you are flat broke that's a lot.
I'm going to try to post more often for those of you who still read this thing and don't think I'm the most boring person EVER. Heh.
Went to a party Saturday night at little Chris's house. That was interesting as usual. The last time we were there the state police showed up at about 2am. This time they didn't.
Went to my mother in law's wedding in Alexandria Bay NY last weekend. Bryan' nephew got us both sick on the FIVE hour car ride up. Debbie and Tim got married at Boldt castle. Which was pretty nifty. Only problem was the whole wedding party had to hike all over the island in heels. Well except for me, I was smart enough to wear flats.
My brother in law Chris was in our room most of the time. Which I can understand because their other sibling Dan is really straight laced with a one year old baby. Chris was really well behaved and didn't say anything stupid the whole time. He seems to be an alright guy these days.
I forgot to mention it was pirate week up there too. I've never seen so many Jack Sparrow wannabes in my life! I took my pirate shirt but decided to be different and not wear it. Who knows why I did that.
This concludes my first real update in forever.

I watched this show yesterday about the Dartford Cemetary and it's haunting. It gave me the itch to find some local haunted places and visit them.
Of course I know extra weird things happen when I go to places like that. I have no idea why.
I'm just asking for trouble.

My hair was finally starting to get long again and it had to be cut. I'm not going to get into why it had to, but it did. So now it is short (chin length) again. I don't have any pictures but it's similar to how it was a few years ago. Shorter in the back and longer in the front. I don't think it's at enough of an angle for my liking though.
Anywho.
My cats are the most amusing and fulfilling part of my life at the moment. My oldster Toby is so attached to me it's ridiculous. I love having two cats who adore me. Call me kooky but it makes me feel really good.
Still no job. However I have a seminar thing tomorrow with some government office that helps you with job searches and even training. So we'll see how that goes.
Finally an entry that's not totally depressing!

I seriously have the worst luck. Ever.
Tommorrow is Bonnie's wedding and I have a big problem. The head on Bryan's car was not cleaned properly when he had the engine rebuilt. It was burning water and making bad noises. In other words he has to rebuild the top half of the head and replace his timing belt. We are down to one car because of this. He has to work tomorrow until pretty late. What does that mean? That I can't go to the wedding because of that. I wanted to call Bonnie to let her know I couldn't come. Well we don't have long distance and I'd have to get a calling card. Bryan had to spend all of his money for the parts his car needs. I have no money because I'm not working.
Just shoot me now.

12:02 pm - Holy weddings Batman!

So Nadine and Brian's wedding is this coming weekend. My sister's wedding is the 20th and now I see D is getting married too! October should be wedding month (at least among MY friends and family). That's just a whole lotta weddings in a short time. There is something else going on the 12th that I can't remeber at this moment.
I've been spacing alot lately. Like Saturday night when I asked Bryan where Ben was. When he was the first person to say hi to us. I honestly don't remember seeing him. I think that may be a side effect of the meds I'm taking. I didn't used to get confused so easily or space out like that. At least I didn't get upset and was able to laugh at myself. I'm good like that.

So I know it's been a while since I posted here. Mostly because I still have no puter' access. However my two closest friends now live about five minutes away from me and have some kind of crazy internet connection. Nadine said I could use hers anytime, while convenient she and Brian are never home. *sigh* Their wedding is October 7th in which I am a bridesmaid. I still can't believe my best friend for highschool is finally getting married.
In other news... I myself am now married. Bryan and I wed during our vacation last week. We did it in the condo with about 20 family and friends present. It was very lovely but I don't have any pics yet.
I hope everyone is doing well. Hopefully I can post again soon.

The thumb on my left hand is twitching uncontrollably. Which is not only annoying, but making it very hard to type.
But I digress.
I have TWO job interviews today. Either I'm totally loony or some kind of scheduling wizard (just don't start calling me Gandalf).
Time to go and make myself professional like so I can get hired!
One last piece of info before I scurry off. I'm going to Philly Friday to visit the Azn a.k.a ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) orphanchild during the day. The evening shall be spent at the Sterling Hotel watching Blue Sees Red perform and celebrating my best friend Brian's bday.

Job interview tomorrow. They told me I can't wear any perfume, lotions or anything like that with a scent. Which was certainly a weird the thing to request.

So I'm not dead. My computer does not work properly and our cable modem is kaput. This being the reason I have not been online or posting. No eta as to when things will be working again.
I was working a retail job for a month and a half or so. That didn't work out so well. Currently hunting for yet another job.
Other than that; I am sad. Very sad for days on end basically. Part of it has to do with being netless. Not sure what the other 80% or so of that is yet.
So for now any posts will be sporadic. As if anyone pays attention to this thing anymore anyway.
I'm over 30 and therefore uninteresting to most of the world. Sign me up for the best of Sting!

So this weekend I'll be working a dog show for some extra money. I'm not entirely sure what exactly I'll be doing though. Bryan said something about setting up tables and the like. It's going to be brutal Saturday, we'll be working for TWELVE hours and then Sunday is something like eight. So needless to say this weekend will be low key for me because I'm sure I'll be pretty wiped out. I really feel bad for Bryan though. Because he is working the dog show he is only going to wind up having off three days in the coming weeks.
In other totally pointless banter; I found a pair of shoes that I actually like. Which never ever happens. Of course I find them when I have no money that I can spend. So somehow I need to come up with sixty some dollars so I can get said shoes. Oh well I've been planning on hocking a bunch of stuff anyway to help out with money.
Bleh. I have a ton of stuff to do today, less than a quarter tank of gas, and don't really have the money to get more. Fun stuff!
Oh well time to get moving I guess.

So I'm still not working. I've applied a couple of places but haven't heard back from any of them. Honestly I don't want to go back to work. I'd rather concentrate on starting my own business. But I know at this point it's necessary that I at least get a part time job. In the mean time though I've just been playing house wife, it's kind've fun actually. I enjoy cooking and organizing the house.
So Bryan and I have decided that we're getting married this coming September when we go on vacation to Maryland rather than waiting until October 2008. We're still having the formal wedding then and all that. We just don't want to wait to get married. Anyone who wants to come is more than welcome. It'll be on the beach in Ocean City MD (have to see about permits) and probably in the middle of the week. Mostly because we want to have time to prepare and then have a few days after that to enjoy the trip. The date is unsure yet though. We always go after labor day so it's cheaper and less crowded. Anyone who wants to go I'll let you know the details when we have them.
I'll be wearing some crazy gothic dress for the beach wedding and a traditional dress for the formal wedding. I've already asked Nadine to be my maid of honor. I have to wait for Bryan to tell me how many people he's having before I go overboard picking my other attendants. Oy it's so weird to see this in writing.
In other news Carfax Abbey is coming to the Sterling next month. People need to go, for I shall be in attendance with my fiance. :p
